Built for Reno/Sparks—because we live here, too
We don’t just work in Reno/Sparks—we live here. That matters, because local knowledge and local relationships make projects run smoother. We bring an extensive local trade-partner resource to the table, which helps us secure reliable subcontractors and strong pricing.
Just as important: we keep up with the latest cost-effective building materials and bring sharp purchasing skills to your project. The goal is simple—help you make good decisions, avoid surprises, and feel confident as the work comes together.
Our approach: plan early, manage tightly, finish strong
Great builds don’t happen by accident—they’re planned. We organize projects in advance to meet construction schedules. In our experience, advanced planning and predetermined project specifications are key to a successful project.
You’ll also work with a real person—not a handoff. Shawn Humes, Owner & General Contractor, will meet with you personally to determine your project’s needs. From there, we focus on the details that keep momentum: clear scope, practical sequencing, and close supervision to protect quality from start to finish.
If you’re working with an interior designer (or you want to), we work well with and encourage professional interior designers. Good collaboration up front makes the entire experience smoother—and the final result more cohesive.
